After a 1986 job relocation landed Colette in Colorado, she fell in love with the Rocky Mountain lifestyle and has been a Clear Creek county resident since 1988. She currently resides in Idaho Springs with her husband, two fantastic children and her best friends, the Husky Realty sled dog team. She has also spent time in Jefferson county and areas of Park and Summit counties.

Formally with Real Estate by Gloria, Inc., Colette opened Husky Realty, Inc. in July 2005 to expand her marketing efforts, already in Clear Creek and Gilpin counties, to include areas of Park and Summit counties. During her tenure, she has acquired a diverse background in residential real estate and can help you buy or sell residential or investment properties, foreclosures and short sales, and HUD properties.

Colette is using her professional experience in recent commercial transactions to shift her focus to the Commercial Real Estate sector. Additionally, membership in several commercial organizations, as well as completion of commercial investment courses allows her the resources to assist Clients' in the sales and/or leasing of commercial property including retail, office, industrial, raw land and multi-family properties. Buyers will be presented with prospective properties that match their investing behavior and required returns and Sellers’ properties will have the needed exposure to targeted Investors and other Commercial Brokers around the world.

Ronda is a native Colorado resident who moved from the Denver area 15 years ago. She currently resides in Idaho Springs where she enjoys the historic charm, small town community and natural beauty of the mountains and creeks. She is a Mission Committee member through United Church which affords her the opportunity to design and participate in various community outreach projects, such as mentoring area youth, participating in various mission trips and providing other support to and through The Rock House and The Gathering Place.

She joined Husky Realty, Inc. in February of 2007 bringing over 15 years experience with real estate investments. Her main focus and greatest passion has been acquiring and renovating historic older homes to their original beauty and character, while updating them to current building codes and standards. As an investment, she feels that the restoring, managing, renting and selling of these properties can provide a great
opportunity for increased property value along with cash flow and a tax shelter. She is excited about assisting anyone who is interested in: purchasing properties for restoration; selling restored properties; purchasing and/or selling investment or residential properties.
